MIKE LE

Mike Le serves as Executive Director of The Autism Community in Action (TACA), where he leads the organization’s strategic planning, operations, fundraising, team leadership, and national growth. He brings a multidisciplinary background in law, business, and nonprofit leadership to his work expanding access to education, support, and community resources for families affected by autism.

Before joining TACA, Le began his career in corporate and real estate law before transitioning to nonprofit organizations focused on expanding access to care for children with cancer and children with disabilities. His experience combines legal and operational expertise with fundraising, organizational growth, and community building.

Le is particularly passionate about strengthening communities and creating the trust, connection, and collective momentum needed to move from direct service to broader systems change. At TACA, he is focused on expanding the organization’s reach and building the partnerships and infrastructure necessary to serve a growing national community of families.

Le holds a JD from Whittier Law School, an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, and a BA from Occidental College. He has been a licensed attorney in California since 2008.
