Welcome

The Academy was organized to provide a forum for physicians and dentists who are involved in Developmental Medicine and Dentistry. Our mission is to foster excellence in clinical care of people with intellectual disabilities, bring curriculum development in this field to medical schools, post-graduate training programs and practicing physician continuing education and introduce current research practices to a group that have been neglected for many years.
