The newest lingo out of Washington is "Comparative Effectiveness Research" (CER).
It will possibly change the way we evaluate programs, pay for them, eliminate them or expand them. I thought you should at least receive this brief introduction so you can become fluent and conversant (or at least not look like a deer in the headlights when someone throws it at you).
