The Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division and the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Office for Civil Rights today issued new technical assistance guidance for medical providers which will help people with mobility disabilities obtain accessible medical care.

Walmart Foundation Funds Physician Training in Developmental Medicine
The Walmart Foundation has awarded the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry (AADMD) a grant for the purpose of improving the quality of medical care delivered to adults with neurodevelopmental disorders and intellectual disabilities (fka mental retardation).
